Custom Brick Line

We were contacted via our WhatsApp with a very unique request which was to be a present for her husband. After a brief discussion about what was wanted I did a little research into the item to understand better how it was used and the general shape and size. With this information I was able to give an estimate for design time and end unit price.

With this agreed the customer dropped a regular version of the item off to me to use as basis for the design, I happily set about the task as the fun twist in the design reminded me of my childhood.

A few hours of designing and I had a printable model. I took some screen shots to show the customer who was more than happy with the result, to make it more unique I suggested the we debossed her husbands name on the back for which I found a special font, the colour was chosen and printing began.

The end product was a corner brick line used for keeping a level reference to help maintain building straight walls. The fun twist was, it was in the shape of famous brick man.
