Dualit 1979 Toaster Knob

A customer asked us if we could recreate the knob for a much loved 1979 Dualit toaster. All other parts could be found for repairs, elements, spring mechanisms but not even Dalit could supply the knobs.

So after a couple of hours of measuring and drawing in CAD we had a prototype for testing and checking that the chrome insert fitted correctly, a slight adjustment had to be made to ensure there was a nice tight fit to the toaster and a little colour painting for a finishing touch to add white to the arrow on the knob.
