Service Description
Need more than a quick answer? Book a 1-to-1 consultation with Vic for focused, tailored help with 3D printing. Sessions can cover printer setup, slicer settings, print-failure troubleshooting, material advice, file review, design-for-print guidance, beginner CAD/STL advice, and practical next steps for hobby or business use. This online consultation takes place via Teams. Each consultation includes a written summary after the session and one follow-up email question within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are payable in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment can be cancelled online. For changes within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed. This service is for tailored advice and guided troubleshooting and does not include full design work, full CAD training, physical repair work, or guaranteed fixes. Each consultation includes a written summary after the session and one follow-up email question within 7 days.
