1/10 RC Crawler Tyre Inserts (1.9")

Unusual one here: a customer came in with a design they’d found on Cults3D for tyre inserts for their 1/10 RC crawler. After a short discussion, we decided to print them in green TPU 95A.

We started with a test print, which came out slightly rough, but the customer was more than happy to proceed. Drying the filament made printing easier and gave a cleaner result on the final parts.

We also offered post-processing, but the customer chose to skip it as the inserts would be hidden inside the tyres. They later told us the inserts were easy to fit and worked really well.
